The bill would prohibit the Kentucky Department of Education

would create a 1,000 ft. perimeter around a long list of public amenities

would prohibit mental health professionals from trying to change a client's sexual orientation or gender identity

would ban or require parent consent for several things subject to ongoing culture wars in education, including

a parental rights bill that bans instruction on gender identity and expression, sexual orientation and sexual relationships

would prohibit minors from receiving gender-affirming care from health care professionals.
